Ziehl-Neelsen for Cryptosporidium 100 tests

Product for the preparation of cyto-histological samples for optical microscopy. To show Cryptosporidium sp. oocysts in faecal smears.

The method demonstrates acid-fast components present in the Cryptosporidium oocysts. It is characterized by use of a weaker decolorizing agent than the one used in traditional Ziehl-Neelsen stain.

METHOD:
1) Reagent A for 10 minutes.
2) Wash in distilled water.
3) Reagent B for 10 – 15 seconds.
4) Wash in distilled water.
5) Reagent C for 30 seconds.
6) Wash in distilled water.
7) Dry the smear in the air
